In this role, you will manage, execute on and strategize around our brand marketing. At quip this encompasses mediums ranging across daily (unpaid) social media, weekly web blog, monthly email newsletter, quarterly printed content and other seasonal or partner based campaigns. quip was created to improve our members’ oral health by making oral care more enjoyable, desirable and relatable – our content platforms are pivotal to this mission and while they are currently in their early days, they will start to play a huge role within the company in 2017 and beyond.
Success in this role will rely on a refined taste level and ability to collaborate with our in house creative and paid marketing teams as well as with select external partners when necessary. In addition to maintaining and developing our signature brand voice and style, you will be expected to analyze top performing social and blog content to optimize each channel to serve both engaging and revenue-generating content. An acute awareness of emerging trends both on popular culture and in platforms and creative styling should come naturally and strategic foresight on how we should apply those is key.
You should have a proven ability to generate premium content (visual and editorial), excellent judgment and a collaborative creative approach, in addition to superb organization, communication and project management skills, a passion for connecting with customers and a knack for handling difficult situations with swiftness, grace and patience.
